Each year, PepWear attends more than 800 events to celebrate the achievements of students. The events we attend are school music functions. Events occur year round with January – April and September – November being peak times. Events are mostly held on Saturdays.
Custom shirts, plaques and other memorabilia are created for each event, and are offered for sale onsite.

The Event Representative is responsible for:
• Getting PepWear’s merchandise and equipment to the event site
• Setting up the sales booth
• Selling the products
• Packing up the booth after the event
• Reporting sales and expenses, and accounting for money collected
• Managing a team of 1 to 5 additional workers who will assist with the duties
The job requires being on your feet for hours at a time and lifting/moving boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Marching contests typically start in the morning and end in the evening, while Clinic Concerts are usually held in the evening and last 5 to 6 hours.

The Event Representative will become a PepWear Employee and must:
• Have auto insurance
• Pass a background check
• Have a clean driving record

The year was 1987. A father of children who were in the school band noticed that band kids weren’t getting the recognition they deserved for their hard work and achievements. Thus, Music T’s was born, a company that celebrated these achievements.
By 2005, the company had built a solid reputation in the marching band world and was ready to take the next step. Enter Craig Johnson.
Raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Craig began working at the age of seven and worked in every part of business, from dishwasher to waiter to restaurant manager. He paid his way through college and set out to learn anything and everything he could about business.
After Craig bought Music T’s, the company name was changed to PepWear, a true representation of its mission. A culture of service, learning, and integrity was built into every aspect of the company. Despite challenges, PepWear has grown on the strength of always doing the right thing.
Today, PepWear continues to celebrate the amazing achievements of youths, whether in music, sports, or the arts.

PepWear is a growing organization that is dedicated to commemorating the achievements and accomplishments of youth through custom ordered apparel and onsite souvenir sales. We work directly with teachers and organizers all over the country as well as attend more than 600 school and youth events each year. We are always looking for energetic individuals to join our team.
