Rapidly growing organization that provides customized screenprinted and embroidered apparel and promotional products to school groups, businesses and non-profits,  seeks inside sales person for a full-time position in Midlothian, Texas. Our success is built on excellent customer service and loyal customers who refer us to their friends and colleagues.  Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, have excellent computer skills including MS Office, work well with others, able to consistently generate a good first impression with customers and have a history of developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage strong and positive relationships with existing customers using the Company’s proven techniques
• Scout new business by asking for referrals and contacting prospects by phone and email
• Execute phone order processing and provide customer service by assisting in product selection and resolving customer issues/concerns
• Guide customers to the best solution for their needs based on thorough familiarity of company’s products and capabilities

Requirements:

• A passion for excellent Customer Service
• 2 years experience in sales or related field
• College degree a plus
• Impeccable time-management capabilities, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Positive attitude for this fast paced, 50-person organization
• Strong verbal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Overnight travel two to four times a year to attend conventions

PepRep
With more than 800 events in 35 states, we are always looking for Event Representatives and Event Helpers.
