If you’ve ever purchased apparel from PepWear, then you’ve received a personal email from our President and CEO, Craig Johnson, thanking you for choosing PepWear and making sure we did everything right and that you’re completely satisfied. The email also includes a link to a customer satisfaction survey.
We’ve sent this survey for nearly nine years and have received over 3,000 responses. We analyze these responses monthly to see how we can improve. We also get to see what makes our customers happy.
What’s interesting is that over 46% of respondents considered other companies before choosing PepWear. So what made them choose us?
We’ve analyzed the results to answer that question. Here are four reasons why educators – your colleagues – choose PepWear over everyone else.
1. A personal sales representative
Over 54% of respondents said the reason they choose PepWear was because of their relationship with their sales representative. How many national screenprinting companies can say that? That’s the benefit of choosing a local screenprinting company like PepWear.
