PepWear is dedicated to commemorating the achievements and accomplishments of youth, whether in athletics, academics, or the arts.

We believe that every student matters, that every achievement matters and that those accomplishments should be recognized.

We serve that mission through custom ordered apparel designed for special occasions and through quality commemorative merchandise that we provide at over 700 events each year.

Since our start over 30 years ago, a culture of service, integrity, and learning has been built into everything we do. We make it our aim to deliver the best customer experience possible. Continuous improvement is part of our DNA.

After a 20 year career in corporate finance and management, Craig acquired the company that would become PepWear in 2006.

He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the Stearn School at New York University

Matt holds an impressive track record growing sales on a per-participant basis and managing onsite logistics at over 700+ events annually.
His tenure at PepWear is 10+ years.
VP OF EVENT MERCHANDISING
MATT MILLER
Brad leads PepWear digital transformation and data initiatives. Key data insights help PepWear make quick decisions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
He manages eCommerce cutovers and technical specifications for API integrations between PepWear and the brand partners.
His tenure at PepWear is 14+ years.
BRAD MCCLATCHEY
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Stacie manages the Warehouse Team and all shipments leaving PepWear. She also coordinates the direct sourcing for PepWear-branded apparel and promotional products.
She takes tremendous joy in providing high-quality products customers are proud to wear.
HR & PAYROLL MANAGER
STACIE WEST
Tiffany leads the Art Team, who's primary focus is providing custom and event artwork for all our customers' needs.
She holds a degree from Texas Tech University in Design Communications and has over 18 years of experience in the creative industry.

TIFFANY BENEDETTO
Daisy leads the Production Teams for screen printing, embroidery, and commemorative plaques.
She is a consummate, bi-lingual manager and brings a host of skills to PepWear.
